MR. PRICE ONLINE ORDERS

I placed an online order on the 18th of February and to date (2 March) I have not yet received it. I kept being told by the customer care that they are waiting for feedback from the courier... Previously I placed an order with them and the courier had a problem to deliver where I am and I had to make a plan to collect it from the courier myself. So after this happened I decided to try again but then put in the address of my nearest Postnet, but now the parcel has been lying at a post office far away from me for almost 2 weeks and no one can give me answers. I called the customer services and they kept telling me that the gent I have been dealing with on email will get back to me, which he never did and today I receive an email from him, after I sent another email asking for some feedback... saying we are waiting for the courier to get back to us... The WORST courier services I have ever used... I WOULD SUGGEST MR. PRICE FINDS ANOTHER COURIER SERVICE, BECAUSE AT THE MOMENT THEY ARE USELESS. I ordered from Mr. Price sport at the same time using the same address and I have received my parcel from them no problem, they even refunded me for items they did not have in stock. I will definitely think twice before I use Mr. price online again... All I want is for my parcel to arrive and at least see some movement on the delivery process, not that it has been lying at a HUB for 2 weeks.
