Mr Price online order (No SHOW!!!)

I placed an online order with Mr Price ( ***) on the 27th May 2022 and i selected for my order to be delivered at my nearest branch for convenience. it is now the 20th June 2022 and i still have not received my items and everytime i phone the call centre on ***i'm told that my order was loaded for the next day's delivery. I was shocked today when i received the exact same response from a very aloof call centre agent named (Njabulo). that when i told him that i wasn't happy with the lack of service he just nonchalantly referred me to some "complaints" email address (as if to suggest that my issue had nothing to do with him!!) yet at that point in time he represented the brand. NO GUYS!!! please resolve this issue, because i have been buying from your online store for a very long time and i have never experience such a lack of delivery...come on please!! AI NO MAN this is tiresome!!
