Mr Price online order more than a month late

I placed an online order at Mr Price on the 3rd of May, till now I haven't received my order! I have been emailing them countless times but no one responds, I have also tried calling but no one picks up! I messaged them on Facebook and I they told me my order has been delivered at the store, went there and they said they don't have the order!

What makes me more angry is that the amount has already been charged on account and I have paid a part of the total.
