Mr price online once again late delivery

Good day ,

I would like my online order I have ordered on the 22nd of December 2018 before the 1st of January 2019 , this is extremely unprofessional that it takes this long this order could have been delivered already on Friday , why must we as customers pay first then wait this long ? This is very unprofessional what if we need things before the new year this is ridiculous , don't tell me which method I used when I used the same method for this to be delivered to the store and it took 2 days I want my order it's been paid for ********** 43771
