MR PRICE ONLINE NONE DELIVERY OF GOODS

I placed an online order on the 28 of March 2022 delivery was supposed to be on the 4th of April 2022. To date delivery did not happen everytime when I phone they just advise order will be shipped a.s.a.p. when check my profile than it just show that they have last work on the order on the 28th. The customer service are also bad no urgancy nothing. Its like you just another number. I've never experienced something like this its terrible. You cant take the complaint futher you just have to wait. We attending a wedding the weekend and Now I ha e to go and look for something else to wear. This is horrible. Order number ***. Please help
