Mr Price Online , most UNPROFESSIONAL and slow refund store ever !

It has been a month since my order was cancelled and still no refund. I have sent countless emails to Mr Price. Someone named Silindile Mdunge kept on saying I should wait and even check with my bank . Of which I did , I even went in store and was told that Mr Price Online is a whole store on its own. Yesterday I sent another email in which I stated that they should give me my money back or else I'll have to seek legal advice. I even asked for an alternative solution. They still haven't responded yet. It's frustrating that they are dragging their feet in giving my money back when it was so easy to take the money from me. I am disappointed in Mr Price as they have spoiled my entire online shopping experience. I just want my money back.
