Mr Price Online: Long Delivery and No respond
Order number: *** I have made an online purchase on the 3rd of March 2020 not knowing that it will take 3 weeks for delivery of the order. I then immediately raised the concern that it it winter and I will not be able to wait that long for the delivery hence cancel my order. I have sent two more follow up emails with regard to the cancellation and refund but to date I have received no reply. There is a level of incompetency to Mr Price when coming to handling online orders.
