Mr Price online just takes your money and cancells your order
I placed an online order with on Mr Price online on the 19 May. I paid with vouchers and Eft and sent through proof of payment the same day. My ordet was cancelled the same day reflects and I have been calling the online call centre every day since then. I do not understand how it can take so long to either process my order or refund me. They should never offer online options if they cannot facilitate transctions, as for their call centre, its the most unhelpful. Nompila was meant to email me or at least give me a call but I have no correspondence to date. Furthermore they have no escalation process. Never utilise their online services

I have been calling and emailing since I placed the order. No one responds to emails, not even an acknowledgement that this has been received. Yet again I have emailed as per your instruction but still no response. Where do we go from here? Should I rather go into a store and will they be able to help me there?
What is the next steps, surely you should have a turnaround?
