Mr price online is a joke

Mr Price online is good as dead,such poor service after i logged my complaint on hello peter they advised me they can not have the parcel sent to my address, they can only compensate the amount i paid for to have the items shipped to my address.Everything to them is unfortunate, Their online store express clearly states that it take 2-3 working days but my order took more than a week to be delivered.I used my airtime to call them, to call the store and the courier company and they can basically do nothing but apologize.I went over my budget and bought another outfit to wear on sunday because of their inconvenience and even today after speak to their agents who assure me that he will call me back. I still had to go out of my way and call them for feedback,this has to be the most useless customer service experience i have ever had and i will make sure that i spread the word to my close friends, family and colleague i am really disappointed.
