MR price Online is a Disgrace! Give my R1480. 86 back!!!!

I am disgraced at Mr Price's failure to refund my money back! I ordered clothing items for my son Online on 30 November for the holiday period for the amount of R1480. 86 since his clothes were getting too small for him! The parcel was apparently "hijacked" so I didn't get it at all! I was forced to buy clothes elsewhere which costed more money that we didn't budget for!

I had to check the website Order myself to see that it says hijacked No one contacted me beforehand to let me know!

I called the Call Centre since the first week of December and chatted to your Online webchat service ever since then!

I've given you all my details including my bank statement with stamp to process the refund into my bank account!

I keep greeting the same BS scripted response from your Agents telling me that the refund will take 5-7 working days and that it's been sent to Finance and they will send me proof of payment!

Until today, 11 January 2021 I still did not receive the money into my bank account and still NO proof that it was Ever processed!

I have spoken to many different Sgents and I'm sure your so called "Finance Team" are just normal billing and payments advisors who simply cannot do their jobs since they have a "backlog" in the department!

MR price needs to either upgrade their payment systems or upskill their staff to deal with a Complaint and Resolve it or simply get NEW STAFF!

EVEN AFTER I WAS KINDLY CONTACT 2 WEEKENDS AGO I STILL DIDN'T GET MY MONEY BACK!

My son now needs school supplies but thanks to your *********** staff and utterly putrid Customer Service we are struggling to get all of his supplies because of your carelessness!
