Mr Price - Online ***** causes issues for your personal credit record due to unsecure systems!

Hi

I have had 3 ********** online purchases go through on my account. I have notified the contact centre regarding this and was told that they are aware of the issue and would contact me back. After 24 hours I heard nothing from Mr Price and therefore sent an email to follow up.

I have also previously asked them to cancel my account and never got any feedback. I have contacted ********** and also was told to email ********** directly regarding ********** activity. I have sent all required information as well as ID documents.

I am currently living in Portugal and can only be contacted via email or on my Portuguese number ( ********** ********** )

Mr Price, your unsecure online shopping system causes a threat to mine and anyone else's credit record and these issues need to be URGENT ADDRESSED!!
