Mr Price Online

I made a online purchase and the funds went off my bank account but when i went back into the order on the Mr Price App the order was canceled but the funds was never refunded to me. Order number ***, i requested a bank statement and the funds showed that the transaction was not processed on my account, so in order for my bank to revers the transaction i need proof that you did not receive the payment and that my order was canceled.
