Mr Price Online does not deliver on time and they always have excuses

Firstly I ordered in Dec 2017 (on the 6th to be precise) and i only received the order on the 27th of December 2017 and that is a total no no as i also paid for delivery which was meant to be delivered in 5-7 days and that was not met. Again on the 31st of December 2017 don't know why I even bothered ordering again but i did and to date, i have not received my items. The worse part is that i have to waste my airtime and time following up and all i get is excuses from them but no delivery. I am gatvol with MRP online shopping, it is the worst shopping i have ever had, even WISH is better than MRP shopping!!!!!
