mr price online disappointment

I have been placing online orders with mr price and mr price home for many years now and was very happy as i normally received my orders within 3 to 5 days. However this time when i really needed the products as my son was travelling I waited and even enquired and all they could say is "my order has been shipped". I paid the order fully and was in no position to go purchase him what was needed from another store. I am very disappointed because my son was let down and 13 days later i am still waiting. All i want is my money back.
