Mr Price online delivery sucks!

Im worried about the time it has took for my order to be delivered to the store. its very inconvenient as i need the items i ordered for the past weekend. my delivery date was supposed to be on the 26 November however it still has not arrived and no communication from their side has prevailed. this is really frustrating and disappointing. I have contacted the store that was supposed to be receiving my delivery and they said the courier had some issues but i should expect my order on friday the 29 november 2019. its the 02 december and still no delivery, this is the last time im ever using this store as it is not convenient and they do not have the courtesy to let the client know if you experiencing challenges.

If its possible should the delivery arrive at the store i would like a refund and they can keep their merchandise as i was supposed to use it for the last weekend, so everything else is useless to me at this point in time.
