MR PRICE ONLINE DELIVERY IS THE WORST OF ALL THE RETAIL STORES

I have ordered an online order on the 18th of December 2023. I have called Mr Price on the 19th of December 2023 to change my delivery address, as I have selected the wrong delivery address (it was confirmed my call centre agent).

On the 21st of December I called again to track my parcel and was told that the parcel will be delivered to my new address on the 22nd of December 2023.

I called again on the 22nd of December 2023 to track my order and was told by the consultant that my order was delivered but our business was closed. My order was never delivered, that was a lie as our business never closed.

I continued to call Mr Price with nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo help at all.

Till this day I am waiting for my online order to be delivered!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst customer service I have ever received from an online retail store!!!!!!!!!!!
