Mr Price online deducts my money but no product.

on the 29th January 2018 I made a online purchase and my money was deducted from my account. I called in as there had been no tracking number or proof of my purchase. a call was logged and I emailed proof of payment. a day later I followed up and there was no record of me in total. I have proof of their emails, calls and the payment. How do you deducted my money and give me the absolute run around? Mr Price I want my money, the online service is not for you guys, you are ***********.
