Mr Price Online debits your account and then cancels your order!!!!!

Ordered clothes online, money was deducted from my account, MR Price canceled my order. I enquired as to why, sent them proof of payment and all the details they've requested... It's been 4 days now since I made the purchase, I've sent many emails - no response. They took my money, and canceled my order... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE!!! (And their customer service is non-existent)
