Mr Price Online Customer Service Doesn't Exist

Very disappointed with their service, I ordered clothes online for my daughter on the 9th of July 2019 using the door to door delivery service which is estimated 3 days on the website.

It's the 16th today no delivery has been made and no communication from Mr Price.

The first customer service I spoke to said *well we don't count the first day of the order* I said then you should let the customers know instead of the misleading information AND they give you a date of delivery which counts to 3 days.

The worst part here is lack of communication, I have followed up with 2 emails asking when to expect my order... No reply. In the end I requested to be refunded guess what... No reply.

Very disappointed with Mr Price online.
