Mr Price Online Clothing Item Missing

My wife's order from the Mr. Price Online store was collected from the Mr. Price at Hemingways mall, in East London, Eastern Cape on 03/12/22. On arriving home and opening the package we noticed that the active muscle top and shorts combo was missing the shorts. We have contacted Mr. Price multiple times, via email, phone and the app with no resolve. The only thing the telephone consultant has done is escalate the issue to their warehouse, which is a department that one cannot contact, therefore leaving you with no way to follow up, except to call the call centre again, who obviously can't do anything from their side. The thing that gets to me the most is how Mr Price recently emailed me saying their support rep has indicated that my issue has been resolved. I emailed them back immediately to let them know that nothing has been done, except for what I described above. I have not received a response since. We want the issue rectified. My wife paid for a top and shorts but only received the top. This must be sorted out, or you will be losing a good customer.
