Mr price online bad service as well as customer care

Ive purchased a item online on 24 May2021, my order never went thru but payment went of my bank account, I never received a order no from mr price for the item . I called mr price cust service 25 may , where i was told a email will be sent to me which i must complete and sent back which i did 26 may i chatted via whats app to mr price cust service i told them that i sent an email with what they needed from me also pasted the email with pop on whats app the person on whats app said it takes 48 hrs for a response so I waited , 28 may i called again and whats app, again i was told that the issue has been sent to the technical department, in the week of July i called about 2 times and also sent a messenger message via fb as well as whats app i eventually got a case no , i called again to ask why its been taking so long, i was told that the case has been sent to tech dept again and someone will get back to me via email , no feedback Monday 7 june i called again , same thing someone will contact me via email so I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager i was told they going to tell u same thing all they can do is sent to tech department via email they even cant speak to them via phone , on Wednesday 9 june i went to tablebay mr price and spoke to the manager he called customer service told them my situation and gave the phone to me the person on the other line looked intp my case and told me they will refund me the money by sending me a voucher via email, i asked him how long is this going to take he said probably by end of day ill be having the voucher well its been 2 days since still no feedback and no voucher , its been more then 2 weeks going on , been on the phone with mr price about 10 times if not more, whats apped about 5 times and also messenger about 5 times, and to make matters worse when u phone you hold for about 10 to 20 min before someone answers, i never ever had such bad service from a store before. Looks like i never going to see my money or the item i have paid for something i never got
