Mr Price Online - Bad, lousy service

We ordered a package a week ago; when it was delivered, only half of the items were inside. We have reached out to Online Mr Price 3 times. Only one response saying the ticket has been closed. Please be careful when you use Mr Price - Bad, lousy service
