Mr Price Online are literally deceiving, lying *******

Mr Price online are ******* to say the least and absolutely illiterate when it comes to doing their jobs. I placed an order 7 days ago online. The order failed but the payment went through. Every day since I have been calling the call centre, exhaling each time there is no order as it failed hence the actual reason I need my refund, every day every person promises soemthing, but no feedback. They have no interest . This is the third time this happened where Mr Price steaks my money and then makes me wait over two week to refund me and not even cash they give me a stupid voucher which I don’t need. So that’s their plan, hire ******** people who gives you the run around and play dumb while they ***** cash from your account and then shut you up with a refund eventually but in a voucher. I want my cash in my account or I will lay a ******** charge against Mr P Online
