MR Price online account payment

I made a payment for my Mr Price account using debit card and the funds were deducted from my account but remained on pending waiting for authorization on Mr Price side.

Now I am charged incorrect interest and penalized in the ITC because of an error on Mr Price's side.

Please do not offer consumer online payment options if its buggy and inconveniences the customers.

Nicolette advised that they will only be able to assist with the issue after payment has been made on the account " PAYMENT WAS MADE ON 1 NOVEMBER" and I even emailed proof of payment to prove this.
