Mr Price online

I'm so angry and disappointed at MR PRICE, I placed an order online for 3 times and apparently 2 were out of stock and 1 was delivered to me. After a week I had to contact them about the rest of the money that I have paid for the other 2 items, after being quiet for some time, I was promised that I will be given a gift voucher because they don't do money returns.... Waited.. Until I had to send them an email with regards to the voucher promised. Finally they sent the voucher number it's reference number, It's not WORKING!!! I sent an email reporting the issue and got a response from their online consultant named Sinenhlanhla, saying Im adding the voucher on the wrong slot of which was not true because I added on the gift voucher space not COUPON, I even sent a screenshot as proof, but nothing. I'm so disappointed at MR PRICE service and if this is the way they have started to treat their customers, why should anyone bother buying from them, they just don't care completely ANYMORE about their customers!!
