MR PRICE online

So recently I decided to try out MrPrice's online ordering services. From ordering(16/03) to delivery was faster than estimated (20/03) which I couldn't complain about as the order was for a gift to a baby shower. When I eventually opened the package it was completely the wrong order with someone elses invoice and contents in it. It was a week till the shower so I was hoping to let this be rectified as soon as possible. I emailed customer service (22/03) and explained the situation and they called me the following day (23/03). The solution was quite simple for it to just be swapped with the correct order at the original delivery adress. The problem came when I informed them that the wrong package was not at that adress anymore and if there was alternative ways to get it to them. They haven't responded, I probably talked to 4 different people and all they said was the query is logged...a week has passed and the baby shower (01/04) is done, I still haven't received the right order. I called again on Monday (03/04) just to be told "oh yeah, issue is resolved, the package swop will happen the Tuesday (04/04). Whelp now it is 05/04 and still nothing happened. No communication whatsoever. When I eventually get the right stuff I still have to deal with shlep of returning it seeing that I have no use for it any more.
