<p>Mr price online return policy sucks. I thought 2 items an mistakenly selected the wrong size. When you call to change the size they say the can't change the size. That's ridiculous since we are in 2016 going onto 2017. All I wanted was the correct size an they could help me with that. They offered to refund me but with a voucher which would have made sense if they issued me the voucher instantly so I could reorder but they could only send me the voucher in 24 hours but by that time the items I wanted would have been sold out. So then I chatted to a person ashley on the chat app who refused to assist me with a cash refund. Irritated with the online conversation with Ashley I decided to call the call center an spoke to a lady name michellene Lawrence which was more understand an assisted in processing my refund. I just hope I get what is mine an that's my money back into my bank account and my voucher that's all.</p>
