Mr Price On Line order disaster

In February this year i placed an online order , paid . waited checked order week or so later, cancelled ? Stupidly on the 25 March i placed another order, paid with my debit card and selected delivery to an outlet in PE, a few days later i received an email to say sorry 1 item not available cant refund me will give store credit, i dont want store credit what must i do with a small amount like that . sent them an email no response to date, check up on my order dispatched 01-04. still not recieved in PE was due here 07.04? Sent another email ? Cant understand when shops are struggling for business that they can be so dismissive of customers who are still spending their money in their outlets , just plain shocking
