Mr Price old lady cashier lying to avoid opening lay-byes for customers

Visited the Mr price in Cleary Park. The woman assisting me that if fat and light skinned refused to open my lay-bye. Telling me that the system has been closed for the year. I do not know how that can be because I am also at a retail store in management. It it my first time I hear such. A retail business having a deadline at the end year when it comes to opening lay-byes. I am waiting on my money to reflect anytime the clothing were only to be kept secured since my size sells out quickly. I met great floor sales people in the shop, also the manager was considerate but not her. Some people might not have raised any complaints against her but I am truly dissatisfied.
