Mr Price not willing to close store account just to continue charging monthly fees

I have tried more than 3 times to close my account at Mr Price and I have filled in their calculation forms several times and sent them to head office but they don't want to close my account just so that they are keep charging me a monthly fee. They are ripping customers off with this practice of theirs.
