Mr Price not willing to assist with acc arrangemen

Spoke to Shenaaz Chetty 13:26 today 2015 02 13, requesting her to please help me with making arrangements on my account to pay the account off to the point that it is settled and closed accordingly.She then informed me that the only arrangement that she can make is R370 per month until the account is settled - how does this help me at all? My monthly payment is only R90 more then this~!! I advised her my company is downscaling and I need to make sure I am covered, according to the NCA (New Credit Act), if I approach a creditor and state that I can only pay X amount, they are not allowed to decline this. Please inform your staff of regulations pertaining to this as Shenaaz is completely unaware of anything related to the NCA. Please contact me in this regard urgently. How does Mr Mrice not fall under the NCA or make any provision for customers to make arrangements? It is tragic that one needs to resort to Hallo Peter to have anyone (hopefully) assist you.
