Mr Price Not Updating Payments

I have read that many people have had many issues with Mr Price, my family even told me that opening an account would be bad for my credit score. Of course I thought to myself that if I paid my account Id build a good credit score, boy was I wrong! I did a credit score check on myself and saw that Mr Price has not been updating my payments for such a long time that the little score I did have is now completely tarnished! On my credit score says no payments from March last year when I paid over what the agreement was, even during lockdown I paid! Now my score is so bad that I cant open cellphone accounts to build my credit score, Im stuck because of this company. Surely there must be something that can be done to hold them responsible for their utter lack of honesty and lazy practices. Instead of building a good payment history, Mr Price has destroyed my chances of financing a car, even a silly cellphone contract is out my reach and it has caused anxiety and stress in my life. Can anything be done to assist me? Im so disappointed that what suppose to build me has broken me.
