Mr. Price not sending statements

I contacted Mr. Price on Monday and spoke to someone about sending me my statement and I still have not received anything. I complained to the women I spoke to about having to phone Mr Price EVERY month to ask for my statement. I constantly have to remind you to do your job properly, and when I do remind you, you still cant do it! When I do eventually get through to someone in the call centre after holding for more than 10 minutes I speak to the most useless consultants. How the hell must I know how much to pay each month if no one is interested in sending me my statement?
