Mr price not refunding returns for marked down items.

<p>Hi... I am very disappointed with your service i received from you Tygervalley Branch. I visited your branch on Sunday and wanted to return a gift, at first I asked for it to be returned to cash was told it can only be done to a gift card fair enough if that is how you do it then its fine. How ever then she took the pants and scaned it and told me that because the pants is now on spesial it would be better to not return it as she can't give me any thing for the pants... So basically the pants is not worth anything. I can but one new for R115 and the price on the pants says R169 however when I wanted to return it her words with the manager or supervisor "I can't give you any thing for the pants because its on spesial"</p> <p>Then left with my pants and very annoyed.</p>
