Mr Price not doing refund

Made an online purchase. Did not receive confirmation email. Send email, messenger message and complained via whatsapp chat. Money went off from my account but order was not created. Still waiting for my refund. Got mail that says I can have refund or a voucher to do the online order again. Said I’d prefer refund. NOW I got email that says that there was no order and no payment. I send PRoof of Payment a few times. Not happy at all. Want my money refunded.
