Mr Price NOT delivering online orders

Placed an order online for clothes as well as paid for door to door (1-3 days delivery as advertised) and haven't received delivery after 3 days. After a long painful call will customer care got me know where and the manager was "not there". So what is the point of this door to door delivery service. He said that the order has not even been sent out yet after these 3 days have passed. Poor service I would advise no one to make use of this service. I have gotten packages sooner from overseas.
