Mr. Price not complying to the consumer act.

My Mr. Price account was handed MANY years ago, It was handed over to DMC collections. I settled the account on the 20th December 2020. Since last year Nimble collections contacted me to settle this account. We have repeatedly told them that the account was settled, but they just keep on sending communication to settle this account. They have also listed me, which has had a negative effect on my ITC score. I am beyond fed up chasing after Mr. Price + Nimble to rectify the problem. Mr. Price DOES NOT comply to updating credit listings or the consumer act related to it and THEN they sell debt that has BEEN PAID to companies, just to see if they can make an extra buck.
