Mr Price Northmead Mall atrocious service

During the lock-down when retail stores were open to the public, I visited the store at the Northmead Mall. I bought a lot of expensive items however, the service was atrocious as if they were doing me a favour by being present. If these people including the manager don't know that these are volatile times and people are hankering after jobs, that they think that they cannot be replaced with people that can do their jobs with a smile, then they are delusional. Their Unions won't save them for being unproductive and rude! This attitude stems from the Manager to the staff and if she cannot lead from the front then this service industry is becoming unhappy and unsafe to shop within.
