MR PRICE NORTHGATE

Mr Price at Northgate shopping center , I can not believe how rude the assistant manager was , she said her name was Nozi or Nosi. I had a pair of leggings i bought las week Sunday , after one wash the leggings tore , I went to the store explained to them that I'm not looking for a refund just an exchange !!!! and the assistant manager Nozi or Nosi with an attitude says to me that unfortunately wont be able to exhange them because i had already washed the leggings and that if they had a price tag she would then be able to assist me. I then explained that i had worn them , then washed them , just to discover they had a hole , I'm confused as to why she expected an item i bought from you guys store that I had no intention of bringing back and had worn would still have a price tag , I also dont understand why i was not assisted , becuase from my understanding your assistant is basically saying that Mr Price items can not be exchanged if worn and then damaged after ONE WASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AFTER ONE WASH THE ITEM WAS TORN AND I CANT GET AN EXHANGE ?????????????????????????????????????????? I WILL NEVER SHOP AT MR PRICE NORTHGATE , I WILL OUT YOU GUYS ON BUST AS WELL ON SOCIAL MEDIA , I LEFT THE TORN LEGGINGS IN STORE YOU GUYS CAN KEEP THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
