Mr Price Norkem Park Staff

Good Day

Please be aware that the service at Mr. Price Norkem Park has lowered drastically.

The staff do not want to assist customers with queries on pricing or telling the correct lowered price of items.

Specifically the teller that refused to assist with my pick up order *** and the telling up of a small item at the till. I asked her if she did not want to assist me 4 times before becoming irate and requesting to speak to her manager - Ivy.

She subsequently refused to give me her name and surname. The manager advised I lay this complaint externally with Hello Peter opposed to trying an internal process.

I'm highly disappointed in the serve.
