Mr Price non existent service

I have tried to get some help from Mr Price clothing. I have been sent from pillar to post (including this service from customer service) I am trying to source items to make a purchase - not to get to know everybody at Mr Price. After speaking to at least 15 different people, I did eventually speak to s 2 staff members who offered some help. Even the customer service including the Whatsapp help number decided they cannot help me. Why have customer service when nobody is willing to assist? Very disappointed.
