MR PRICE NO SERVICE AT ALL! WHAT A DISASTER!

I am in utter disbelieve!

After writing my review yesterday Mr Price was quick to contact me and declare this case closed. When they have done absolutely nothing to assist me except for waist my time asking me questions back and fourth via email!

I am DISAPPOINTED to say the least!

This company sends voucher codes to clients who when trying to make use of these vouchers they fail to work!!!

When you try and get assistance from the customer care they refuse to assist, when you come on this platform they are fast to respond but claim they cannot help!!!

I have been in a similar situation with a different service provider who immediately was able to assist with their customer care.

Mr Price only made various excuses - We apologies - There is technical issues - its discontinued we cant help

The company can over ride a system, they can generate a one time separate code for you to use or give you a different voucher. This company did none of that.

I guess that this was to be expected from a MR PRICE!
