MR PRICE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I actually didn't want to do this but unfortunately this must be done. My wife made an online purchase on the 25th of November 2023. Got an order number as well as an invoice showing that it was paid. 4th of December still no order delivered. After calling I find out that the order number doesn't exist. So naturally I request a refund. I provided the Order number, invoice showing the amount tendered. SMS verfication from the bank, screenshot of the transaction details from the bank as well as bank statement showing the transaction. to Sindisiwe Sibisi in Customer Service. Still to date no ANSWER. I have made numerous calls with the phone being put down by various agents trying to transfer me to multiple departments and emails not been answered, I find this is a complete lack of customer service and quite frankly a DISGUSTING portrayal of MR Price's values. I expect that this matter will be taken seriously.
