Mr Price no acceptability for *****

I am absolutely horrified to find out that 3 massive transactions were made on my Mr Price money account at Midlands mall in pietermaritzburg. They were made at all three stores in the mall. I have my card with me? I had no notification via sms that these transactions were made. Anything over R1000 should be sms ed to me? Also ID needs to be shown?? How this can happen when I have been a loyal customer for years. Also to be told I need to wait 90 working days to get this resolved is disgusting. All transactions were done on the same day to the value of approximately R6000. Nothing was flagged?? My account was maxed and no one picked this up. Now I must wait and go to the police station get a affidavit and do all the work to try resolve this. Absolutely gutted! Not the mention the interest on these transactions!!
