Mr Price nightmare delivery service.

Mr Price has an app where you can buy online and have it delivered to your doorstep. I purchased the item on Sunday passed. It estimated it would arrive the 5th which was Eid and which I needed it as it is a coat. Coat never arrived up until today. I am told by customer service to be patient. They will refund a portion of my delivery cost. How much of a R60 can u refund? They are tardy and unprofessional. This should go as a warning to all customers buying online as its supposed to save time.
