MR PRICE NIGHTMARE

So, Mr Price's staff is so rude and uninformed. Opened an account and was provided with a voucher for R300.00 off a purchase of R1500.00. Did the purchase and was not informed of any terms and conditions(found out about them after lodging a complaint at the Southgate branch). I provided the sms (voucher) to the teller (Nelisiwe - randburg square) and she never even bothered to apply it, got my statement via email as requested and picked it up from there it was not app**** ( 05/12/2019), on the saturday 7/12/2019, went to the southgate branch and asked for them to apply it, i mean they could still apply it, Southgate branch then call the Randburg branch and i get told to go to the store. I get to the store, Nelisiwe, denied being shown the sms voucher, to add to that, the manager Nono was there, when i had been having an argument with Nhlanhla, who felt that she could raise her voice at me and walk away without my query being dealt with. I am not happy with their service and doubt i will ever buy anything from any of their stores. Calling and escalating this issue has been boring, one cannot get through via phone and their email responses are not satifactory.

Who can i escalate this issue to? Mr Price staff even blame their inhouse politics for some of the information the provide to customers.
