Mr price must close on line shopping

I placed an order over 1 month ago and still have not received my order. I chose the Springfield branch option and nobody informed me that the store is not even open any longer. It should not be on the site if the branch is closed. After 2 weeks, I enquired and was told it was rerouted to another branch namely Westwood. I followed up multiple times and i just get told we informed the courier company and you will get an email. It is 2 weeks since they informed the courier company to send to Westwood and I still have not received my order. What a useless company to deal with.
