MR Price Mountain Mill Mall Worcester

Mr Price Mountain Mill refused to exchange an item of my mom's because she bought it at the branch in the town and not the mall. When the procedure was questioned and the Mr Price policy queried I was intimated with aggression from one of the staff members who pointed their finger at me and my mom. Making comments such as "your mom is bringing you for us" suggesting this is a fight rather than a dissatisfied customer raising their dissatisfaction. I was also told by the staff member that she is older than me and asked whether I want to fight her. I'm shocked and disgusted by the behavior Mr Price staff displayed .The manager was not able to calm or "handle" the aggression and disrespect displayed by her direct report
