To whom ever this may concern, Mr Price at Carnival Mall Boksburg has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, they a big money making scheme. When should make payment they take your money and don’t allocate it your account, they bring the balance forward each month unnecessarily high, take away your credit, when you want to cancel your account they provide you with incorrect information and numbers that don’t work, when you want to call headquarters to close your account they don’t answer the phone, they provide you with unnecessary cards making it more difficult to close the account. When you go into the store the not interested and waste your time waiting on the phone not willing to help. Unless utterly useless and a big money making scheme.
