Mr Price Money Inconsistencies

I am so dissapointed in Mr Price , they call following up on outstanding amounts and when you ask them for which purchases they can not answer me for the past 4 Months this has been happening, i last used the account in June 2023 and by December was done paying the account , or so i think , January they just sent a statement with 250 rands , i asked them and February they increased the amount to 500 now its 669 and have not used the account , and i have asking them everytime for which purchases they can not answer they always say we are escalating and then call again , i once complained because regardless of me paying my account my instalment never reduced and they later reduced it without an explanation or apology , meaning if i did not complain i would have kept on paying them would anyone who know what they are doing look into this matter as soon as possible I am getting ****ed by the day.
